Ann Marie Gibilaro, Legal Assistant

Since 1979, Ann Marie "A.M." Gibilaro has worked with Allen M. Turek as a legal assistant, indispensable organizer and respected advisor. With an expertise in matters relating to real estate law, she has a nearly encyclopedic knowledge of applicable rules and regulations. She works with the firm's sponsor and real estate developer clients in connection with condominium/cooperative offering plans and amendments.

Ann Marie has set the tone for Mr. Turek's office since their earliest alliance. In cooperative and condominium closings, her meticulousness and valuable input has made the difference in how transactions close. Her soothing presence at the office makes each client feel special and cared for. It is well known amongst the firm's clients that she generously offers her time to make sure questions and concerns are quickly addressed by the attorneys in the office. AM lives in Staten Island with her husband and three sons. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, being with friends and family and the occasional trip to Atlantic City.
