Jeremy S. Roth
Jeremy S. Roth specializes in all transactional related areas of real estate with specific emphasis on residential cooperatives and condominiums. He is proficient in a wide range of real estate closings, having negotiated and closed transactions involving the purchases and sales of commercial buildings, cooperative apartments, condominium units and single and multi-family homes. In addition, he has negotiated and closed many commercial and residential loan transactions with institutional lenders. Mr. Roth is directly involved in the day-to-day representation of numerous cooperative and condominium boards of directors and managers.

Mr. Roth received his law degree from New York Law School and received his Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. He has been with Allen Turek, Esq. since 1999 and became a partner of the firm in 2004.
